Salt (Red Alaea Sea Salt)

Traditional Hawaiian sea salt. 
It is salt that is mixed with red volcanic clay. It is thought to have some minerals in it, including iron oxide, which gives it its characteristic red color. It has a slightly less salty punch than pure salt.
