1 TB Red Raspberry Leaf

1 TB Nettle Leaf

1 TB Rose


Mix and pour in jar. Top with Apple Cider Vinegar 2 inches above plant matter

Allow to sit for 2 weeks. Strain herbs and take like a tincture or mix with oil for food.
