3 Cups Water
¼ Cup Chamomile Flowers
¼ cup cut and sifted Marshmallow Root
¼ cup cut and sifted Licorice Root
1 TB dried cut and sifted Ginger Root
1 TB Cinnamon Chips
¾ cup raw Honey
Bring water to boil. Add herbs, simmer until reduced to half amount (about 45 minutes). Strain herbs and add honey and jar. Store in refrigerator for longer shelf life.
