Ingredients
¾ Cup Oats or Cornmeal
½ Cup Roses (grind in coffee grinder)
¼ Cup Lavender (grind in coffee grinder)(for oily skin)
¼ Cup Comfrey Root Powder or Slippery Elm Bark Powder (for dry skin)
Mix all ingredients together and store in air tight container. Makes about 2 Cups Rose Petal Scrub.
To use: fill palm with scrub and add water and or honey to soften ingredients, apply to face and gently scrub. Rinse with warm water or wipe away with warm wet washcloth.
