Nettle Pesto

½ cup pine nuts

3 cloves of garlic

2 cups of nettle leaves fresh

2 cups of Spinach

1 TB lemon juice

1 TB lemon zest

½ cup olive oil

½ tsp salt

¼ cup parmesan cheese

Blend until smooth.
