Chimichurri Sauce


2 Cups Parsley Leaf

5 Garlic Cloves

2 Tb Balsamic Vinegar

½ cup Olive Oil

¼ tsp Dried Red Chili

1 tsp dried Oregano

½ tsp Black Pepper


Place all ingredients in Food Processor and add Vinegar and Olive as you are processing.

Place in bowl to refrigerate. Let sit for 4-5 hours then serve.
