Pint Mason Jar
Enough Chamomile flowers to fill jar leaving 3 inches of space at the top
Oil of your choice (Sunflower, Safflower, Jojoba, MCT oil will offer the longest shelf life)
Directions: Fill jar with Chamomile flowers leaving 3 inches of space at the top. Fill and cover 2 inches above Chamomile flowers with oil. Cover jar and tighten lid. Label the jar with the date and allow to sit for 2-4 weeks. Can leave in a sunny window to infuse light and shake oil every few days.
Strain oil after desired time. Label and store in fridge or cool place away from direct sunlight.
